Modifying Your Unit
Architectural Review Process
To ensure your safety, property value, noise suppression, insurance considerations, and the integrity of the building and your unit, all modifications to your unit first require review and approval by the Architectural Review Committee (Bylaws 7.6).
This process is described in the Alteration and Modification Protocol. Please read the document carefully and take the appropriate steps prior to making any alterations to your unit. This includes replacement of appliances, wall mounting TVs, as well as all other more significant renovations. The Alteration and Modification Protocol document includes the necessary Application form to begin the review process. Completed Applications may be left with the Concierge.
