In case of fire in your unit,

1. Have a fire extinguisher on hand and know how to use it.
2. Keep your front door closed.
3. Open an external window. If you have a window screen, remove it.  A window screen can prevent as much as 50% of the smoke from exiting your unit.  Since we don’t have window screens at the Elizabeth, pass the tip onto family and friends who do.
