Dear Elizabeth Lofts Residents:
On November 13, 2019, at 12:30AM, a resident contacted CMI after hours to report that the parking garage gate on Flanders was not working properly. This report led to the discovery that tape had been placed over the sensor to prevent the gate from closing. An earlier memo was sent to all owners and residents on April 25, 2019 detailing this security threat being used around Portland.
We urge residents to use caution when entering and exiting the garage gates by continuing to stop and wait for the garage gates to close completely before proceeding. If you notice that the gates are not closing or functioning properly, please contact CMI immediately at 503-233-0300.
